We move 525,000 vehicles a day and employ 1,300 individuals. Our information technology (IT) department is responsible for developing, implementing, maintaining and supporting all information management technologies on an enterprise-wide basis. We focus on the use of technology and innovation to improve customer safety and mobility, as well as to enable and modernize business operations. We offer opportunities for entry level to experienced professionals in technology and innovation management, customer and business solutions (CBS), GeoAnalytics, technology infrastructure, and information security.

CUSTOMER AND BUSINESS SOLUTIONS

Our CBS staff keeps our diverse and widespread workforce connected through implementation, maintenance and support of a portfolio of business applications and tools. You will work with programs such as SAP, ServiceNow, SmartDocs, OnBase, SuccessFactors, AgileAssets and Informatica in a collaborative and supportive organization that encourages innovation and new ideas.

GEOANALYTICS

GeoAnalytics supports the collection, storage, and analysis of complex geographical and non-geographical data including web applications, portals, dashboards, and mobile applications. Key aspects include spatial repository, integration point for system of record platforms, visualization of metrics for the strategic plan, real-time delivery of data for view and analysis, telematics, asset inventory and visualization, spatiotemporal analytics for PTC assets.

INFORMATION SECURITY

We recognize our obligation to keep our customers, our employees — and their data — safe. Our information security department is responsible for security awareness and training, business continuity planning and disaster recovery, security incident/event investigations, information system activity review, intrusion detection and prevention, vulnerability and patch management, risk management, physical security, and network and infrastructure security management.
