ELECTRONIC TOLL COLLECTION STATEWIDE

The PA Turnpike is on the verge of implementing a systemwide conversion to cashless, all-electronic tolling. This means that everyone pays electronically, so there’s no need to stop. Our Electronic Toll Collection department’s job is to integrate toll collection solutions to accurately collect, process and post electronic toll transactions.

CUSTOMER-DRIVEN

Our electronic toll collection staff manages the PA Turnpike’s contact and processing center that administers more than 2 million E-ZPass accounts and the TOLL BY PLATE program. PA Turnpike professionals manage and oversee this operation which is responsible for our relationship with more than 80 percent of our customer base.
